Our team

Our executive board is composed of 11 members of different nationalities and professionals experienced in their fields of activity: Construction contractor. Lawyers, Chemical engineer, Financier, Administrator, Reception, Human resources and President of NGOs. The team is passionate, equipped and committed to achieving the objectives set by the organization, in particular that of positively impacting human lives.

Kanké Yakha SYLLA TRAORE alias Blessing – Founder and President

Married and mother of two children aged 20 and 26, Blessing has always had a special love for children, whom she considers as gifts from God and filled with good human values, capable of making them future decision-makers and leaders capable of positively impacting lives. Since meeting her conversion to Christianity in 2014, she has volunteered in the children's departments of the churches of Harvest Bible Chapel in Illinois, USA, the Protestant Church of Chelles in France and Impact Centre Chrétien in Guinea Conakry. Holder of a Master's degree in Human Rights and International Business Law from the universities of Nanterre 10 in France and Potsdam in Germany, Blessing began her professional career in Berlin at the law firm NHBayer Rechtsanwaelte, specializing in business law. She then moved on to an international career working in the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in The Hague, Netherlands from 2008 to 2014. After a stay of more than 20 years abroad, Blessing and Alpha returned to Guinea Conakry, their home country, to make their modest contribution to its development. From 2017 to 2021, she headed the legal and tax department of a local audit and consulting firm before devoting herself full time to the activities of Love And Hope Organisation Guinea.

Alpha TRAORE – Co-founder and Vice-president

Married and father of a 22-year-old daughter, graduated from Wayside Ministries, Aurora, Illinois, Alpha lived more than 20 years in the United States where he met and gave his life to Christ. He actively participated in the activities of the first years of Mission Possible, a holistic clinic located in Aurora, Illinois which offers prayers, free health care and Christian advice to those who are not covered by state health insurance and others. He decided in 2016, a few years after meeting and marrying Blessing to join Guinea, his country of origin to answer the call they received to feed the children of God. Entrepreneur in BPT, he created his own company specializing in construction and real estate, the Service Group SARL and worked in collaboration with the architectural office Creative Design LLC - CDL Guinea Conakry and carried out several projects of execution of private and public construction sites.
